Welcome to CSF
Founded in 1987, the Connecticut Sports Foundation (“CSF”) is a non-profit organization with a 501 (c)(3) designation.
Many cancer patients and families are suddenly confronted with insurmountable bills at a time when focusing on healing is critical to their recovery. CSF is able to quickly and compassionately ease their burden with direct financial assistance. CSF has found that even small gestures of support can be the jumpstart a patient needs to fight back against their illness.
CSF is a unique organization in Connecticut that provides funds to Connecticut cancer patients for rent/mortgage, utilities, transportation, medications and more. Patients are referred to CSF via a network of oncology social workers at Connecticut hospitals and cancer centers. Resources are provided with dignity and privacy, helping patients maintain self-respect while lessening the stress that may inhibit their recovery.

Become a Corporate Campaign Partner!
The mission of CHCofNE is to raise funds for and increase awareness of its member charities through workplace giving campaigns. These member charities, all of which are nationally recognized, offer vital resources and services including education, treatment, outreach, and research in communities throughout New England.
It is the commitment of employee donors that provide dramatic results to this cause. They make an investment in supporting a health-related charity that is meaningful to them and their families. The resources raised in workplace giving campaigns fund programs, research and education. The hard earned dollars generously donated sustain health-related charities.
Organize Your Own Event
CSF benefits from externally sponsored events and corporate partnerships annually. We have received generous donations from events ranging from golf outings, canister campaigns, bracelet campaigns and post-it campaigns. We are deeply grateful for the support from all events.
If you would like to organize a benefit event for CSF, please contact the CSF Office.
